The Nota Fiscal Paulista Program, created in 2007 by the São Paulo State Government, aims to encourage consumers to request invoices and generate credits for citizens, consumers, and businesses.
These credits can also be directed to entities, which receive donations directly from consumers. To do so, the consumer simply needs to register the entity of their choice or donate receipts without CPF to registered institutions.
A significant difference between the credits received by entities and individuals is that, for donations to institutions, there is no 7.5% limit in the calculation of the credits from the receipts. The only limit is 10 UFESPs (R$ 370.00) per receipt.
This means that a single receipt can generate up to R$ 370.00, regardless of the purchase value. For example, a R$ 10.00 receipt can reach the R$ 370.00 limit for the entity. The maximum credit value depends on the number of receipts issued by the supplier, the number of receipts donated, and the ICMS collected by the establishment during the month.
For this reason, we ask for your collaboration in registering AIRE as an entity to receive donations from your invoices. Fundraising is one of the biggest challenges faced by NGOs, and finding donors who support our cause is essential for keeping our doors open.
We ask for your help! Follow the step-by-step guide and register AIRE to receive donations from your invoices. And don’t forget to share this information with your friends!
Thank you!
